| HO-4 Renters Policy - Contents Coverage

Perils Covered on Policy:
- Fire, Lightning, Windstorm, Hail, Explosion
- Burglary, Vandalism, Maicious Mischief
- Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Smoke
- Aircraft, Vehicle, Discharge of water & plumbing systems
Perils Excluded on Policy:
- Earthquake, Land movement & Flood
- Off-premises losses
- Damage caused by waterbeds
- Mysterious disappearance
- Liability for business use of premises including daycare
- Animal liability unless approved and added
- Other exclusions (See policy for full descriptions and limits)
Sub-Limits of Coverage:
- $2,500 burglary of silver, gold-ware, pewter, latware.
- $500 on Tools; $250 property for business use
- $2,500 on computers
- $1,000 for equipment in motor vehicle
- $1,000 on securities, accounts, deeds, etc.
- $500 Credit Card forgery
- Other minor sub-limits apply (See policy for full descriptions and limits)
Inelligible Risks for New Business:
- Residences in Mobilehomes, Boats, or RV/Trailers
- Risks with 2 or more previous losses. (Contact us - we have other programs for this.)
- Risks in brush or fire-hazard areas
- Woodstove exposures
- Animal hazards (such as farm animals, exotic animals, or certain dog breeds: PitBulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Akitas, etc.)
